I am a certified life and weight coach through The Life Coach School (LCS). Like other coaches, we have a beautiful coaching model or tool which we share with our clients. It helps us break down what thoughts are running and creating personal results.

Unlike other coaches, I don't use formula techniques to assist my clients. I have always drawn outside the lines and created my own path. Do you relate to that? When I clear away aspects of my own programming and tap into my inner guidance, I am more present with the creative intelligence of the Universe. My clients benefit from my connection and flow of heart-centered guidance.
